Wisconsin’s First District Congressman and House Speaker Paul Ryan: “I’m proud to endorse Bryan Steil for this seat. I’ve known Bryan for a long time, and I believe that he’s the right person to keep moving Wisconsin and this country in the right direction. Bryan is an optimistic and forward-looking conservative, who wants to solve big problems, empower people, and expand economic opportunities. I know this community and the people of southern Wisconsin will be well-served by having him as their representative in Washington.”

Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner: “Bryan Steil has the intellect, vision, community involvement, and grassroots credentials to be an independent and effective leader in Congress. That is why I endorse his candidacy in the Republican primary for Wisconsin’s First Congressional District.”

Bryan Steil: “Paul Ryan represents Wisconsin values in Washington. Thanks to his leadership, conservative reforms are improving our lives in Wisconsin. I’m honored to have Speaker Ryan’s support.”

Bryan Steil was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin. He is a member of the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents and has a strong background as a business leader. For the past nine years, Bryan has worked for manufacturing companies in Rock County and has learned the importance of fiscal discipline and risks of government red tape. Bryan is running for Congress to reduce government overreach and prepare our workforce for the jobs of the future.
